    Close to campus and off of Arthur
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Close to Fordham’s campus and right off of Arthur

    Also has in unit laundry and central air
    Cons:
    In unit laundry wouldn’t work sometimes
    Had a lot of heating issues
