Not worth it...Just don't...Trifiling
Former Tenant
Pros:
I received a free 32 inch tv. You can pay rent online.
Cons:
I don't think the cameras work. If they did, they would catch the people you keep constantly breaking the lobby door. One elevator would be out of commission for weeks at a time.
Advice to owner:
Fix or turn the cameras on. Catch the vandals of the building and terminate their lease. Take complaints seriously.

Wavecrest management the worst management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Affordable housing income based
Cons:
Place is unsafe due to the new tenants being selected . Drug dealing and drug users and management is never present nor seem to care about how bad the building is getting elevators are constantly out of order bug turnaround with porters . Terrible was not like this when first opened 10 years ago now it’s becoming a dump
Advice to owner:
Get rid of Wavecrest and contract with new management be more involved
