Advice to owner:
IF YOU NEED TO MONITOR WHO COMES IN OR OUT THE APARTMENT DONT RENT IT OUT.. HAVE SOME RESPECT FOR YOUR TENANTS AND STAY OUT OF THEIR BUSINESS
