    Horrible!!!!

    Pros:
    Located near Many Transit options
    Cons:
    No Heat No Hot Water No Elevators No Front Door/lock Broken No Maintenance 
    Advice to owner:
    Quit when the job is difficult negligence of tenants is highly unethical
