    Great building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    I love the vicinity. The parks are close, transportation is close, and all the necessary stores are near.
    Cons:
    The building doesn’t have the best tenants, but it’s not a deal breaker.
    Advice to owner:
    Needs to start renovating apartments over 10 years.
