    Elevator
    Air conditioning/heating unit
    Cons:
    Dirty

    Bugs: flies, roaches, bedbugs

    Not well managed

    Management allows people to bring in large bags of empty bottles that we taken out of public trash cans, which causes constant bug infestations

    Elevator and hallways not clean very dirty and smelly

    People hang out in front of building

    Etc
    Advice to owner:
    Need to learn how to properly manage a residential building which includes enforcing cleanliness and rule regulations.
