Could be worse

Pros:
Clean to a certain extent
Cons:
Elevator now is always breaking down. Door and intercoms always break down AND they removed the “luxury “ part which was the video camera to see who rings your bell. Laundry machine have NO MAINTENANCE shouldn’t even be open anymore. Smoking ALL THE TIME Pets all over the building even though it’s “not allowed”. Oh! And the lady that helps you with payments has a NASTY attitude every single time. I don’t know how she still works here. Oh! And the 1st floor no longer has A.C. So the poor super and porter work sweating all day. So wrong. So much for “luxury “ and the price of rent we pay here in the ghetto Bronx.
Advice to owner:
Please get the super help. He cares for the building but can’t keep the building up with only one porter. Plus the new porter is doing an excellent job. But this is how you burn down your workers.
