Small and Overpriced but Very Comfortable Building

Pros:
Quiet street, extremely clean building, new building, responsive maintenance, quiet building, fast elevators, aesthetic building and halls
Cons:
in-unit heating and cooling unit is inefficient, very hot and very cold temperatures in units, reflecting the outside temperatures, windows never washed on the outside, large windows letting in a lot of light.
Advice to owner:
Consider higher efficiency cooling/heating units
