Pros:
Few units and tenets
Cons:
Fixtures fall apart. Only one entree/exit door. Walls are like paper.
Advice to owner:
Relocate trash, make the basement and back yard available, and add security system because there’re crazy squatters that enter building all the time. Reply to tenets.
