Very Nice Building!

Pros:
I love that the building has a gym and children’s park. The building has a great AC unit and heating system.
Cons:
The garbage compactor fills up very quickly, and the neighbors don’t pick up after themselves.

It’s relatively clean although maintenance could do a better job of deep cleaning

The location is far from everything and there are no trains nearby.
