PRMNY SUCKS - Find another Building

Pros

Neighbors are nice. It's also nice to have the gym.

Cons

Packages are constantly stolen. Property management is non responsive. The community room has been shut down for over 2 years. The laundry room is always dirty.

Take care of your buildings, respond to your tenants.

super keeps common areas clean and is responsive

a few noisy neighbors, pest control difficult to get ahold of if you work out of the house as they never give you enough notice to take off work
