Pros:
Building is in close vicinity of train station, Building super is cool and helpful
Cons:
Building tenants make a mess in front of building and front entrance.

Building lacks cleanliness.

Pros:
It was once a nice building but it is degrading every year.
Cons:
There have been many cases of bed bugs throughout the building. The carpet is filthy and rarely cleaned by the porters.
Advice to owner:
Hire more porters who will clean the building regularly and thoroughly. Dirty tenants should be reprimanded.
