    Paradise for dog poop

    Pros:
    the front doors with key fob (when they are working). Mailboxes are decent. I love the apartment floors.
    Cons:
    I spend an obscene amount of money trying to keep roaches and mice away. The building needs a mandatory fumigation ect. The compact rooms especially. Dodging dog poop outside the building is like squid games.
    Advice to owner:
    Ticket people not cleaning up dog poop (that live in the building) Work with NYPD to ticket people. Fine the residents not disposing of property correctly

    Noisy terrible neighbors

    Pros:
    Building was well maintained. Management responded quickly to repair requests.
    Cons:
    Nonstop noise. Every day of the week at all hours. Management does nothing about it. Neighbors let their kids play in the hallways, blast music at all hours, dogs bark at every sound, the front courtyard is a playground, skateyard, motorcycle lane. If you have a job and need to sleep you can't live here.
    Advice to owner:
    Enforce building rules with tenants.
