It’s okay but you should search somewhere else

Pros:
It’s clean most times
Cons:
Everything else is horrible. They turn on the heat too late and turn on the AC too late. They barely respond back and when they do, it’s too late. I’ve been without AC/heat for 2 years. They don’t care at all. Also, try getting in contact with the supper if you want to, he don’t respond even though he lives in the building.
Advice to owner:
Do better. Hire better.
