Worst management, nice building
Former Tenant
Pros:
1. The super (Jose) is awesome. 2. Building has nice amentities and views.
Cons:
1. Management is the worst (they take forever to respond to issues). 3. Elevators have been broken for a month now.
Advice to owner:
Get the elevators fixed. It’s been broken for a month now. I’m tired of hearing “be patient” and “we’re doing our best.” Management makes the simplest things difficult for tenants.

High Price Bad Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
The units look nice compared to some other places. I love my stove.
Cons:
The managers are snarky and rude. Usually unresponsive. They don’t really care about the safety or experience of tenants. Elevators are out of service. Poor communication. Weird smell in the lobby. The building was poorly constructed. There have been floods in the gym when it rains a lot, a flood in the elevators, not wheelchair accessible at for weeks now, and gas leaks. All of this without concessions.
Advice to owner:
Upgrade your pipes, spend the money to maintain the building. If you won’t improve then lower the rates. Get a property manager who actually works.

Love living here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Very clean, modern building with great amenities ( free gym, lounge with WiFi, rooftop with WiFi)
Cons:
Oddly shaped apartments that can make decorating and living awkward especially in the studios.
Advice to owner:
Closets needs shelves or cubbies
