Urban cozy convienent

Pros:
close to public transportation. small laundry room in building
Cons:
no parking spots available in building. street parking difficult. thin walls. slow elevators.

Management can do better!

Pros:
Only a 10 minute ride from my job.
Cons:
The ventilation is horrible.
Advice to owner:
Do better!!! Laundry machines are always damaged, roach problems in the building, no parking, and my rent statement is always messed up!!! Upon signing my lease they made it so difficult required so much paperwork as if I was buying property all so I can live in a building where the vents are connected and my apartment smells like I smoke weed! FIX IT!!!
