Good and not so good
Former Tenant
Pros:
The super does a good job of keeping the building clean. You will never see your neighbors trash in the halls. Most of the neighbors are nice too and there are cameras in the building, inside and outside. The apartment is also a decent size.
Cons:
People blast music like they’re lunatics, especially in the weekends. You’ll also hear the music of the people outside. People sometimes hang out right out front of the building. While the super does a good job with the trash, some of the neighbors don’t take the time to do the trash correctly so the refuse room can become a mess really quickly.
Advice to owner:
Actually respond to noise complaints and do not ignore emails and calls from tenants.
