    Pros:
    Clean building, decent sized laundry room, heat and hot water currently standard and acceptable. So far so good. Appliances appear to be in working order.
    Cons:
    Small apartment for 1Bedroom. Also issues with appearance saw issues during first walkthrough of the apartment
