    Nice gyms and amenities, decent apartment layouts, nice staff
    Cons:
    Some tenants don't pick up after their dogs, sometimes hard to track packages

    Good amenities, clean.
    Cons:
    They built a nice building but they don't want to take care of it. The elevators get stuck often. The rooftop is closed half of the year for no reason. The "smart hole" never work. 3rd party technicians have told me that they don't cole cause the management company did not pay them for previous visits. The water is not hot enough and the pressure is meh at best. The management office staff is VERY rude!
    Advice to owner:
    Replace the office staff to people who wants to give service.
