Decent building to live in
Pros
Rent is fairly priced for a new building. The pest control is pretty good they come monthly so I don’t experience roaches or rodents thank god.
Cons
The trash is always all over the front of the building but I do blame the tenants. They don’t throw the trash in the bins. It’s a walk up there is no elevators. The gym used to be nicer but it seems the tenants have been damaging the equipment because it’s always something missing or broken
