- Generally kept clean - Garbage is thrown down a chute so it doesn’t attract bugs to the floor - Never had any kind of pest problem while living in this building - Location is great! Charming street, short walk to the most connected MTA stop in Queens, lots of great supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes around - Neighbors are friendly and quiet - The super was a nice guy who did his job well - Short commute to Manhatta
Cons:
- It was renovated before we moved in and the materials used were of the lowest quality and lots of stuff broke or was installed poorly - Apartment was large but pretty expensive for that time
Advice to owner:
If possible, use slightly better materials for the doors and kitchen countertops when renovating apartment.
