-owner responds really quickly to building issues -great laundry and basement storage space -nice backyard during the cooler months
-if you're in the garden apt you can hear every footstep in the apartment above you -in the summer there are MILLIONS of mosquitos in the backyard -in the summer there are also a lot of flies outside of the garden level apt entrance
