    Very clean and well kept.
    Cons:
    Neighbors can be very particular. Seems like people regularly complain about behavior of other tenants.

    The most amazing tight knit community in Dumbo

    Small building with great neighbors, beautiful apartments and easy access to BK and Manhattan
    Cons:
    Given the large size of apartments and huge windows, the heating is not optimals
