HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT STAY AWAY
Pros
Very cheap, amazing neighbors (artists, photographers, clothing resellers, podcast creators, etc).
Cons
Very dusty (construction is still ongoing), very cold in the winter, they don’t turn on the heat in the bathroom, no hot water, no security cameras, garbage takes forever to be thrown out. The paint they used was making me very sick, poor air quality, I even had to see a doctor regarding this issue.
Advice to the owners
Please stop being a cheap ass
