Soundproof from the outside

Free WiFi (not too great though)

The people…supportive housing
Building gets cleaned regularly but tenants are always drunk or on drugs, like living with the homeless in your building so it’s dirty everyday
People smoke too so it smells heavily like smoke sometimes
They hang outside in the front so entering and leaving is not pleasant either
People are definitely selling drugs as people knock on the same door for a few mins and then leave..
Beautiful building but the tenants simply don’t take care of it & spit in the elevators and leave junk/cigarettes whenever
Ambulance seen often from people who are high on drugs…
Advice to owner:
Call out the drug dealers & handle the crazys better because there’s good intentions to this building concept but some people don’t want to be helped/are clearly getting deeper into a bad place/cycle being perpetuated from their neighbors/dealers
