    Great for summer not winter
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Great space, lots of light, newer and elevator, buzzer system
    Cons:
    All electric, not included, hot water not included, heat is not included, very high con Ed bills, no insulation in building, reported to 311 many times. Not rent stabilized, rent jacked $400/month
    Advice to owner:
    Provide heat and hot water as necessity’s
