Decent value for renovated apartment
Former Tenant
Pros:
Good value for amenities. Never had any issues with utilities, building management was friendly and responsive with getting appliances fixed. Nice rooftop space.
Cons:
Odd smell coming from air vents at times, never fixed. Neighbors lazy about leaving clothes in shared washing machines, leaving dog hair everywhere and they were frequently broken. Takes forever to get laundry done. Nearly had to sue to get deposit back but did eventually receive it in full. Leasing company extremely disorganized and lazy about this.

Epitome of Mid
Former Tenant
Pros:
Almost floor-length windows, laundry on every floor
Cons:
Apartment was a flex but was not advertised as such because the pictures were from when the unit was a 1 br. (We moved during covid, so we couldn’t view the apartment while it was still occupied.) Our electric bills were abnormally high (we’ve lived in NYC our entire lives), but management wouldn’t confirm if our apartment or the building was connected to the meters of the stores below us.
