It’s very old
Former Tenant
Pros:
It’s a building
Cons:
There’s vermin in the building, the tenants are wild, for a long time most of the building was inactive or empty. The AC always goes out in the summer the water pressure dips when someone flushes even from far away.. the upstairs area where our AC is flooded and damaged our files. It’s all around pretty bad.
Advice to owner:
Tear it down let a developer buy the lot. Don’t invest in buildings over 100 years in age- full stop.
