Great building to live in

Pros:
Rent stabilized pricing Doorman and great super Spacious apartments Very accommodating management that will work with you Very easy access to public transportation and parks Gym
Cons:
If you have a street facing apartment it can be very loud Laundry room can be crowded and sometimes the downstairs laundromat will take up the machines
Advice to owner:
Limit the laundromat from using the machines

Good place to live

Pros:
Loved living here everything was good, rooms big, not loud, peaceful and nice neighbors
Cons:
We did have roaches but we got rid of them by sealing up holes with caulk.
