    Very clean, well managed, and quiet environment.

    Exterior of building is a bit run down.

    The renovations they did were good. Solid, level clean. My unit looked toward the back and had gorgeous light and the view of the church.
    Cons:
    A lot of turnover, but that’s expected. Some sewage smells from the bathroom drain. Overall very happy with the place.
