Very reasonably priced rent, super convenient to Barclays subway and LIRR. OK building maintenance, and fairly responsive when issues arise.
some issues with cockroaches coming in from outside and ants intermittently, probably driven by the pizza place downstairs. The building was also sold, so unclear what new management will do with it — all tentants being forced to leave
