Nothing fancy but be careful
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartment was nice
Cons:
management wasn’t the best

A lot to be desired
Former Tenant
Pros:
Decent location, new appliances
Cons:
Temperamental radiators with no thermostat in the building. Dismal water pressure that actually got worse throughout the time I lived there. Odd layouts for renovated units. Absolutely disgusting trash situation (months at a time with no trash service) and a horrible rat infestation that made the building smell like old garbage mixed with rat carcass in the summer.
