    Pros:
    Location is great, multiple trains near by. Love the neighborhood. The supers are pretty helpful but overall take a while to get to things.
    Cons:
    Thin walls, you can hear if neighbors get loud. No laundry.
    Advice to owner:
    Open garbage chute.
