    Safe and cute!

    Safe!! Cannot beat the neighborhood and location
    Cons:
    Washer-dryers don’t work

    Great building besides the mold on the top floors

    Pros:
    Amazing super Raule! Great location. Quiet and friendly neighbors. Spacious units.
    Cons:
    Broken appliances. Poor isolation. Old a/c units. The worst Con is the mold growing from the 4th floor and up. Management kept painting over it instead of actually treating it.
    Advice to owner:
    Fix the mold
