- roof is supposed to open but seems delayed

Good student housing

- Located right next to the subway station, very easy to get to Manhattan
- Good location close to the piers (pickleball, soccer, etc.)
Cons:
- Front desk made process for checking guests a bit annoying, but generally no problems
- Sometimes loud construction in the morning
- Sink was leaking through one of the faucet handles
