    Cute neighborhood, but the 2/3 can be a pain.
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    It's so close to the promenade.
    It's a nice neighborhood and location
    Cons:
    the 2/3 train can rattle the apartment.
    (Visiting) people idle their car/play music outside for some reason.
    Random visiting people after 12am going to the promenade can be loud.
