The Neighborhood Doesn’t Make Up For Your Unsafety In This Building

Pros:
Beautiful neighborhood. Transportation access exceptional.
Cons:
This building is currently housing a long term violent tenant that harasses and abuses women and elderly. There has been no movement to evict this individual. Be very wary if you are moving into this building.
Advice to owner:
Take swift action with protecting tenants per the promises of the lease agreement.
