    Amazing roof, brand new units, incredible location
    Cons:
    Management did not respond well to a persistent and very serious maintenance issue

    Property owners were unreasonable re-negotiating lease. Very corporate and impersonal. Air conditioners often broke

    Be nicer to other human beings!

    Cons:
    Roaches sometimes. Loud Ice cream truck out front six hours a day May-Sept. overpriced.
    Advice to owner:
    Get rid of the ice cream truck. Fumigate for roaches more. Turn that stupid library in the basement into a bike room.

    Laundry facilities are often out of order No bike room Disappointing furniture on roof Lobby can feel shabby
    Advice to owner:
    Please maintain washers and dryers - a few haven’t worked properly for months As another reviewer commented, ‘study room’ in basement would make a great bike room.
