    Bright small apartments
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Management of all apartment issues always well handled by sup. Very hands off owner with agent as an intermediary.
    A lot of daylight for apartments facing south.
    Cons:
    Noise early in the morning because of trucks delivering to shops on Montague street.
    Advice to owner:
