Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent tenant reviews for 68 Montague Street highlight mixed experiences. While some appreciate the historic charm and responsive management, others express concerns about pest control issues, maintenance delays, and security issues like break-ins. The building's location and proximity to amenities like Brooklyn Bridge Park are praised, but improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and security measures are suggested. Overall, the management's responsiveness to issues varies among rent-stabilized and regular tenants. Residents enjoy the natural light in units but desire better communal spaces and facilities like roof access. Strategic improvements could elevate the overall living experience in this building.
