Beautiful location but old rickety building

Pros:
location cant be beat, great transit access, super cute neighborhood, close to grocery stores. management generally quite responsive. windows are beautiful
Cons:
Boiler broke down winter 2023-24 leaving an internal temp of 40 deg inside, never got a real fix in place. plumbing issues dripping into the ceiling of the dance studio downstairs resulting in multiple plumber trips to my unit to figure out the problem, but they were never resolved. building stairs are extremely steep. having to keep windows open in the winter to ventilate heat is a problem because all fire trucks and police cars come down henry and the siren noise goes straight into your window
