Quirky Yet Amazing Studio

Pros

Located in the iconic building with the coy pond the studio sits at the top. It was a spacious studio making it easy to create distinct areas. The owners live in the building and are super kind and responsive. Absolutely loved living there.

Cons

With only 1 window in the main space the natural light was limited, but was a great excuse to get out and pop down to the promenade. Also bikes were not allowed.

Advice to the owners

Incredible building and I loved living there. No advice
