Pros

Cost for the neighborhood and location. Great trash management. Spacious unit.

Cons

Constantly broken washing machine (only one). Broken refrigerator. Constant pests. Heat either too high or not on. Small kitchen. Year long issue with management which I had to find root cause for that caused headache

Could use massive refurbishment
