    Old building. Next to the highway.
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Beautiful neighborhood on a beautiful street. Very close to the park.
    Cons:
    Bedroom facing highway. Very loud all day and night. Floors slanted. Bathroom leaves a lot to be desired. Building stairwell needs a deep clean or repainting and renovation. Old wooden floors, you hear every footstep your upstairs neighbors take and it creaks the whole apartment.
    Advice to owner:
    Fixing the stairwell would be a big improvement. A bathroom sink with a cabinet would be nice.
