    Impossible to deal with landlords

    Pros:
    Neighborhood is great.
    Cons:
    Landlords extremely difficult to deal with. Very unpleasant experience.
    Highly recommend everyone to stay away from doing any kind of business with them.

    -They don’t care about the building, they do very little maintenance. We had mice for the last 6 months and they never really did anything about it.

    -They don’t care about their tenants. They kicked 2 families out from the building saying that they wanted to sell and then re-rented the apartments for 30% more right after they left.

    -They constantly change their mind and disagree with one another and involve the tenants in their family arguments.
