Best Street in Brooklyn
Pros
The most beautiful and quite possibly the most quiet street in Brooklyn yet just steps away from downtown, Atlantic Avenue, and tons of transit. Apartment was lovely. Wooden floors, good light, decent appliances. Property management is the best I've had in NYC. Pat is truly the kindest and responsive. Both supers I interacted with are very helpful and kind. Use as a 3-bed with 3 people which was a little tight but doable and worth it. Packages rarely ever stolen. Oh and i almost forgot brand new in unit washer dryer!! I was so sad to leave

Only downside was not infrequent roaches but nothing more than a typical nyc building
