    Best Super, everything fixed promptly, never a pest issue, pet friendly, quiet yet nice neighbors

    The live-in super is very nice and responsive.
    Cons:
    The intercom does not work. There are only 3x washers & dryers and they are very old.

    Quite building in great location with laundry, elevator, and live-in super. Live-in super is very responsive along with building management.

    No roof access, large amount of flies at front of building during summer, difficulties with buzzer and key for building door.

    Amazing hood! Near every train!
    Cons:
    Buzzer has been broken for several months. Not enough washers/ dryers for the building. We only have three of each and one is often broken. Every summer one has to walk through a cloud of flies to enter the building it really gross! Owner has just hit the majority of the building with a major rent increase!
    Advice to owner:
    Add more washers /dryers. Mange the flies! In an area full of high end buildings with amenities it is hard to imagine people being willing to pay the new asking rents for a “basic” bare bones build. The super is awesome!

    High turnover of students, not enough washers and dryers
    Advice to owner:
    More/better laundry Roof access
