Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 63 Schermerhorn Street highlight a well-maintained, quiet building with a great location near transit and amenities. Tenants consistently praise the responsive, attentive live-in superintendent and the clean, pet-friendly environment. However, common concerns include insufficient laundry facilities, occasional issues with intercoms and buzzers, and seasonal fly problems at the entrance. Rent increases and lack of roof access have also been noted as drawbacks. Despite these points, many renters appreciate the building's overall management and neighborly atmosphere, making it a desirable choice for those seeking a peaceful residential setting in Brooklyn.
