Not my favorite rental

Pros:
Great neighborhood, small building, newly renovated
Cons:
Terrible management, very expensive electricity (electric heat and a/c), they've have short-term renters so several units are basically AirBnBs as a money grab
Advice to owner:
Stop being such money grabbers - the building is not a luxury building and you are charging sky high rent and getting away with it because you are bringing in Blueground as a tenant.
