    Nice sized bathroom

    School in the back can be loud during the day if you work from home

    great location, cute apartment (but VERY small)
    Cons:
    tenants don't know how to sort recycling, trash overflows often. interior hallways are way too dark.

    you might wanna spruce up that hallway/stairwell.
