Crazy landlord, Old Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cute building, congress park is great
Cons:
Landlord - mentally unstable, will scream over the phone and attempt to bully tenants

Floors are very old - can hear upstairs neighbors walk around on a nightly basis.
Advice to owner:
Find someone else to manage the building

Terrible crazy landlord stay away
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Location close to the park
Cons:
- Crazy (very likely bi-polar) landlord
- No dishwasher
- No living super
- old Squeaky tilted wood floors
Advice to owner:
- Be nicer to tenants,
- fix issues,
- don’t invade privacy,
- don’t gaslight when tenants bring up issues
- sell the building so no one has to deal with you
